It is through this personalized experience that our Stylists cultivate confidence through style.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and communicate the South Moon Under brand to all customersContribute to the selling environment through a seamless end-to-end experience by engaging with every customer, attending to their needs, and making them feel valuedEmulate the brand aesthetics and embody a strong sense of fashionMove dynamically on the floor and communicate with both staff and customers to ensure customer needs are met with product recommendations and curated outfittingContribute to meeting and/or exceeding all KPI goals and objectives for the store by providing best-in-class serviceTeamwork and CommunicationBuild positive relationships with peers and contribute to positive team moraleCollaborate with team members to ensure superior customer service and support store operationsVisual and Business OperationsMaintain South Moon Under's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on customersSupport and contribute to the completion of the daily shipment and omni fulfillment processesHave a full understanding of our POS system and provide a seamless customer transaction experiencePerform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain a luxurious environmentUnderstand and adhere to people safety policies and proceduresPerform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulationsPerform other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the jobQualifications and RequirementsExperience in customer serviceExperience being a team playerFlexibility to work non-traditional hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as neededPhysical RequirementsTo perform the essential functions of this job, you must be able to frequently stand, walk, talk, and hear.
