Duly Health and Care in Lombard is seeking an Infectious Disease Physician who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward.

Opportunity Highlights

• General infectious disease opportunity seeing adults
• Join a team of 3 physicians and 2.5 advanced practice providers
• Clinic location is in Lombard with hospital coverage at either Edward Hospital, Central DuPage Hospital, Elmhurst Hospital, or Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital
• Inpatient 75%; outpatient 25% of time
• Call is 1:4 with APP support
• Strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across Infectious Disease and more than 1,000 Duly providers
• Competitive total rewards salary between $275,000 and $350,000 , which includes the opportunity for financial bonuses or stipends, CME funds, and shareholder track for equity eligibility

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base compensation for this position is $250,000 , depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus, equaling total target cash compensation that may be between $275,000 and $350,000.
