Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate with a minimum of two years of experience in energy and/or infrastructure M&A and joint ventures to join their team in any US office. The team represents a variety of market participants in transactions across the energy and infrastructure spectrum, including renewables, conventional power generation, oil & gas, and energy tech sectors. Duties Assist in M&A and joint venture transactions within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Collaborate with a global team of attorneys on complex legal matters. Provide legal advice and support to clients in various energy-related projects. Requirements Minimum of two years of relevant experience. Strong academic credentials and superior communication skills. Membership to the State Bar of the office location is required. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership in the State Bar where the candidate will be located. Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
