RN Supervisor

Job Overview Lead the day‑to‑day back‑office operations of the clinic while overseeing nursing staff providing patient care. Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical care services/programs (e.g., patient experience, safety, HEDIS quality measures, financial goals). Implement, maintain, and assess clinical and patient‑care practice standards. Collaborate with the Site Medical Director, Clinic Director, Administrative Leadership and the RN Manager to meet quality, satisfaction, and financial objectives. Provide leadership and mentorship to the nursing team and support staff. Oversee budgets, staff development, performance/outcome measures, and strategic business goals. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in nursing and minimum of 1 year of leadership experience. Minimum 2 years of experience providing patient care in an outpatient or inpatient setting; preferred staff‑supervision experience. Current, valid California RN license. Valid BLS certification or higher (AHA or American Red Cross). Experience with audits and health‑care inspections (preferred). Prior experience with an EHR/EMR system (preferred). Bilingual English/Spanish/Chinese preferred (site dependent). Master’s degree in health services, business administration or management preferred. Compensation Annual base salary starts at $114,400.00. Actual offers consider budget, experience, skills, education, licensure, certifications, and other business factors. Salary range may change. The role may qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
