About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Sales for its Managed Learning Services division in the US. This is a pivotal role focused on leading the commercial strategy, building and managing the enterprise sales team, and directly closing key deals to drive the company's growth in the US market. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the sales and bookings target, from acquiring new clients to expanding and renewing existing accounts. This role demands a hands-on approach, with the VP expected to personally close large, multi-year deals and to engage with senior leaders in the L&D and HR space. The VP will also be instrumental in shaping the US go-to-market plan, including defining the ideal customer profile, target accounts, and demand generation strategies. Candidates for the VP of Sales position should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in enterprise B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. A proven track record of closing significant enterprise deals, particularly in the areas of managed learning services, learning outsourcing, or workforce transformation, is essential. The role requires deep experience in selling professional services, with a focus on outcomes rather than headcount. The ideal candidate will have a network of relationships with senior HR and L&D leaders, particularly at Fortune 500 companies, and be comfortable operating across major US markets. A hands-on, proactive style is necessary, as is the willingness to travel regularly within the US.
