Revenue Accounting Manager

Spectrum Search has partnered with an extremely successful company looking to add a Revenue Accounting Manager. This is a high-impact role with exposure well beyond Accounting — not a heads-down close-only position. Responsibilities Own revenue accounting operations and ASC 606 compliance Lead and develop a small, high-performing revenue team Build, improve, and automate revenue models and workflows Work with large, complex data sets to reconcile and validate revenue Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Sales Support quarterly filings and audits Interface with external stakeholders on revenue performance and questions Required 5–8+ years of revenue accounting experience – CPA preferred Strong command of ASC 606 and GAAP in a public company environment Comfort working with big data and modern data tools Experience with SQL-based environments (Alteryx a strong plus) A self-starter mindset with a drive to improve and scale processes Strong communication skills and the ability to work across the business Why this role stands out Leadership genuinely wants this person to make improvements Visibility across the organization Blend of accounting, data, and business partnership Growing company with real momentum and long-term upside If you’re a Revenue-focused CPA looking to step into a role with influence, growth, and modern tools — let’s talk.
