If you're passionate about public health and possess strong customer service skills, we invite you to join our team at the Cocke County Health DepartmentKey Responsibilities:Facilitate patient registration across various programs, ensuring a seamless experience.Schedule appointments and manage patient checkouts to support efficient clinic operations.Process WIC EBT card disbursements and vital records, maintaining accurate records.Manage medical records with confidentiality and precision.Handle multiple tasks while demonstrating excellent keyboarding and computer skills.Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or GED.Two years of experience in customer service delivery and/or clerical/office work.Valid motor vehicle operator's license.Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively. xhyhwjd If you're ready to make a meaningful contribution to the health of Loudon County, apply today and be part of a team that makes a difference!
