Industrial Electrician

12-hour shifts | Overtime opportunities available Team360 staffing is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to support our manufacturing operations in Phoenix, AZ. This is a hands‑on role focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical systems that keep our production running safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components Troubleshoot PLCs, motors, conveyors, and control systems Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment Diagnose electrical issues and complete timely repairs Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards Support equipment startups and shutdowns with the production team 2+ years of industrial electrical experience Strong PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen‑Bradley / Studio500/5000 preferred) Solid understanding of ladder logic Ability to read schematics and technical drawings Experience with 480V,3-phase electrical systems Strong attention to safety and reliability Industrial manufacturing facility Exposure to heat, dust, and heavy machinery PPE required at all times What We Offer Overtime opportunities available 10 days of vacation after 90 days of employment 401(k) eligibility after 1 year of employment Stable, long-term opportunity in a growing manufacturing environment If you’re an experienced electrician looking for a solid opportunity in industrial maintenance, we’d like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Team 360 Staffing
