Weekend Urgent Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Job Description We are seeking a Weekend Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner to join our team! You will provide healthcare services, under the supervision of a physician. You will always have help when you need it. Responsibilities: Medical procedures such as laceration repair and abscess I&D Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients of all ages Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance Develop and implement patient management plans Maintain a safe and clean work environment Qualifications: Previous experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Familiarity with medical tools and equipment needed for patient care Friendly, energetic and able to build rapport with patients. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills The patient load is 2-3 per hour and the shift will be single coverage. There is much support from staff and a physician is always available. Applicant would need Urgent Care experience since you will be functioning on your own with physician remote supervision at all times. #J-18808-Ljbffr
