Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find dependable Assembly Associates in Griffin, GA. In this hands-on and rewarding role, you will be responsible for assembling high-voltage electrical power connectors and substation components used by utility companies across the United States. In an Assembly Associate job, you'll be responsible for:
- Assembling high-voltage electrical connectors, hardware, and production components
- Using hand tools and production equipment to complete assembly tasks
- Inspecting finished products for quality, accuracy, and workmanship
- Assisting with material handling, production support, and general housekeeping duties
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Meeting daily production goals while following all company safety and quality procedures
- Working collaboratively with supervisors and team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not requiredwe're willing to train motivated candidates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

- 1st Shift: Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday Thursday | 4:00 PM 2:30 AM
- 1st Shift: $14.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: $14.50/hour
