Serves as a resource for hospital systems and devices, ensures business continuity readiness, and monitors unit cleanliness and safety. Promotes excellent customer service and compliance with regulatory standards in a fast‑paced environment. Principal Accountabilities Communications: Answers phones promptly and politely while directing customers appropriately and efficiently. Acts as liaison between Nursing, Bed Management, Patient Access, Environmental Services and Transport to ensure appropriate patient placement and flow. Maintains patient records and facilitates patient education. Resource for hospital information systems and devices. Business Continuity Access (BCA) Coordination: Ensures competency with BCA procedures. Monitors unit/floor environment for cleanliness, safety and patient/staff comfort. Keeps work station organized and uncluttered. Maintains unit associate competency and furthers self‑development. Performs other relevant duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
