Search public records and examine titles to determine legal condition of primarily commercial or industrial property title. Copy or summarize recorded documents which affect the condition of title to the property. Entry level position. Projects undertaken are typically routine in nature and have shorter production times. Prepares initial title commitment documentation based on the application of procedural guidelines May abstract records for residential properties High School Diploma or equivalent Entry level, experience in title/ related real estate preferred Customer service orientation Pay Range: $17.69 - $23.56 Hourly, RemoteThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
