NVCLC Admin - Profesional de Apoyo Directo (Martes - Viernes 10:00 A - 4:00 P)

La posición de Profesional de Apoyo Directo asiste a personas que tienen Discapacidades Intelectuales o del Desarrollo. Bajo la supervisión del Coordinador Residencial o su designado, el DSP será responsable de proporcionar cuidado y apoyo directo a las personas que viven en su hogar, licenciado o no licenciado. Los DSP proporcionan apoyo a las personas para aprender habilidades que, en última instancia, les permitan vivir con menos supervisión y ser miembros de su comunidad. Los DSP apoyan la seguridad y el bienestar de las personas de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos de Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas, y las regulaciones pertinentes. Los DSP apoyan y se comunican con las personas utilizando un enfoque centrado en la persona. Responsabilidades Proporcionar los apoyos necesarios según lo identificado por el Equipo de Planificación Centrada en la Persona. Comunicar y coordinar con las familias, miembros del Equipo de Planificación Centrada en la Persona, el programa diario y otros proveedores de servicios y apoyos según sea necesario y apropiado. Enseñar, apoyar y realizar tareas del hogar, como limpiar, preparar comidas, planificar presupuestos del hogar, hacer compras de alimentos, etc., logrado a través de la implementación del PCP. Asegurar que el programa se opere en cumplimiento con el Alcance del Trabajo, las políticas y procedimientos de Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas, licencias, regulaciones gubernamentales y regulaciones de exención de Medicaid. #J-18808-Ljbffr Volunteers of America
