The role emphasizes clinical supervision in a high-acuity environment, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical standards.

Job Details:

• Location: 5959 PARK AVE, MEMPHIS, Tennessee, 38119, United States
• Schedule: Day shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40.0 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, operating room experience with at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience, and certification in neuro telemetry or related specialty.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in open heart surgery care, post-operative management, and critical care nursing.
• Additional Information: Title: House Supervisor. Unit type: Neuro Telemetry, Cardiac Stepdown, Post-Operative. Shift hours: 6:45 AM to 7:17 PM. The House Supervisor must coordinate with nursing staff and call the HOUSE SUPERVISOR for any nurse cancellations at . Nurses will be scheduled at 1:7 or 1:8 N:P ratios on 5B Floor and 1:4 N to P ratios on 5T Cardiac Stepdown unit, with post-operative ratios of 1:6 to 1:7 N to P.
