Role: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Des Moines, IA
Rate: 30/hr on W2.

Introduction

Act as a recruitment focal point for assigned business units in the execution of talent acquisition strategies that meet business unit and Affirmative Action goals. Provide consultation and tactical delivery of recruitment services for external candidates on nonexempt and exempt level positions up to Executive level.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Recruitment or talent acquisition experience: 5-10 years
• Hiring of non-IT resources (Business Focus like Accounting, Actuary, etc.): 5-10 years of experience
• Corporate recruitment: 5-10 years of experience
• End-to-end talent acquisition: 5-10 years of experience
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
