Business Analyst

Overview Location: Hybrid - Albany, NY. Salary: $105,000 - $120,000. We are seeking a Business Analyst who will support our client with business process improvement, requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and operational documentation efforts. This role will help translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, use cases, process flows, and standardized procedures that support effective project delivery. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented communicator with strong analytical skills, at least 3 years of relevant business analysis experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Duties Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder engagement Develop use cases and process flows Document current-state and future-state workflows Create, standardize, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation Mandatory Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Public Administration, or related field 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles 3+ years of experience gathering and documenting requirements and processes Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment Cloud and Things complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding recruitment and hiring.
