responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and coordination support to project managers and teams across all phases of the project lifecycle.

• Manage scheduling and logistics, including calendar management, meeting agendas, minutes, stakeholder updates, and interview arrangements.

• Oversee the project procurement lifecycle, tracking equipment, inventory, vendor communications, purchase orders, and invoice resolution.

• Monitor project budgets and timelines, preparing regular status reports and proactively highlighting potential risks or delays.

• Maintain project documentation and databases, ensuring rigorous record-keeping, filing system upkeep, and document version control.
