About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst III to join our client's team in the technology sector. In this role, you will contribute to analyzing business objectives, developing strategies through business information systems, and managing complex analysis projects.

Responsibilities

• Research, define, document, and translate business needs into system requirements.
• Perform quality control audits and recommend enhancements.
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders and act as a liaison during system changes.
• Create and maintain technical user guides for business information systems.

Requirements

• Oracle HCM fusion implementation experience.
• Extensive experience supporting U.S. payroll legislation and complex payroll configurations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field; or a combination of education and experience totaling eight years.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Strong expertise in OTL, HDL, BI Publisher reports, and payroll fast formulas.
