About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for a wide range of financial activities, including overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in finance and accounting, particularly in complex, multi-entity operating environments. The successful candidate will lead the finance function across multiple business lines, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, and will be a key partner in budgeting, forecasting, and business unit collaboration. Experience with EB-5 programs, real estate financial management, and a strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and audit preparedness are essential. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA strongly preferred, and at least 10 years of senior leadership experience in finance and accounting. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in team management, process development, and the ability to provide clear, actionable financial insights. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems and be adept at aggregating financial data from various platforms. A background in the hospitality or resort industry, as well as experience with real estate development and commission-based sales accounting, is a plus. The CFO will also be involved in strategic support, including cash flow management, capital project planning, and financial due diligence, and must be comfortable in a hands-on leadership role, capable of both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution.
