As a Product Manager II within PNC's Debit Card Product Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Chicago, IL, Wilmington, Delaware, Cleveland, OH, or New York, NY. This is an in office position Monday-Friday The segmentation and measurement team will be tasked with using big data to garner a deep understanding of customer behavior to generate granular customer segmentation analysis, researching and developing engagement measurement frameworks, attribution analysis, and customer level profitability analysis. This role will work across functions and products to drive consensus in customer segmentation and engagement definitions and derive analytical insights. The role will work with a cross-functional team to support product teams to understand the business strategy, impact of key customer behaviors and perform analytical research.Responsibilities:Working with stakeholders to further the customer segmentation frameworkPerforming data analysis around credit card, debit card and deposit productsDeveloping key engagement metrics and attribution analysis of changesPartnering with cross functional teams to develop performance monitoring dashboardsKey skills include:Delivering effective communication and presentationsLeadership and teamworkBusiness strategy and acumenData mining and analysis (Python, spark, sql)Microsoft officePNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
