We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.About the role:The Stock Plan Manager will help lead the operations of Oscar Health's equity plan administration and leading the end-to-end program ownership of all equity related events.. You will play an important part in ensuring the seamless administration of equity programs—including stock options, RSUs, and PSUs—while upholding accuracy, integrity, and liaising cross-functionally across Total Rewards, People, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Payroll. This role will also be involved in projects with the broader Total Rewards team, particularly Executive Compensation.You will report into the Director, Executive Compensation.Work Location: This position is based in our Tempe, AZ office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-HybridPay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $111,034 - $145,733 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.Responsibilities:Oversee daily administration of Oscar's equity compensation plans by leading the end-to-end execution of grant cycles and vesting events for Oscar's restricted stock units (RSUs), performance stock units (PSUs), and stock optionsEnsure accurate processing of equity transactions, including grants, exercises, and releases with an eye towards the employee experienceCoordinate with our external equity management vendor and partnersMaintain stock plan records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in the equity management systemCollaborate with our teams across Oscar, including Total Rewards, Payroll, Tax, Legal, IT, Accounting and Finance, and external vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Partner with Accounting and Legal teams to coordinate processes for Form 4 filings, proxy statements, executive compensation reviews, 10b5-1 plans, pre-clearance populations.Develop employee education and communications centered on equity programs.Oversee SOX compliance for all equity-related processes, including documentation , testing and audit support.Stay current with relevant regulations and industry trends related to equity compensation and project management.Compliance with all applicable laws and regulationsOther duties as assignedRequirements:Minimum of 4 years of equity administration experience working with a US public company4+ years of experience with equity platforms (e.g., Fidelity, Shareworks)3+ years of experience with SEC, IRS, and regulatory requirements related to equity compensationExperience working with HRIS systems, preferably WorkdayAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and G Suite applicationsBonus points:Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation preferred, or active progress toward certificationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of management and teamWillingness to work with pressing deadlines, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibilityStrong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills to ensure data accuracy and completenessProject management skills involving multiple teams and partnersExperience implementing equity systems and scalable processesExperience migrating equity administration platformsHigh-tech/startup company experienceHealthcare/Insurance industry-related experienceThis is an authentic Oscar Health job opportunity.
