Resident Care Director

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Resident Care Director to oversee and manage the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of all residents under their care. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the resident care team to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs. Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and staff to promote a supportive and safe living environment. Manage resident admissions, assessments, and ongoing care evaluations. Ensure proper documentation and reporting related to resident care activities. Provide training and support to care staff to maintain high standards of resident care. Address and resolve resident and family concerns promptly and effectively. Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting resident care. Qualifications Proven experience as a Resident Care Director or in a similar leadership role within healthcare or senior living facilities. Strong knowledge of resident care practices, regulations, and compliance standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
