Product Lead - Defender

What you will be doing: Lead product planning from concept through launch, ensuring products deliver against brand strategy and commercial objectives Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product strategy and specifications Develop robust product plans including specifications, pricing strategy, and volume forecasts Partner closely with Sales Planning to align pricing, volumes, and market readiness Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and dealers to deliver launch milestones on time and on budget Represent US market needs within global product teams and planning forums Maintain the product planning calendar and manage model lifecycle plans Identify risks early and proactively resolve issues that could impact product delivery or launch readiness Analyze post‑launch performance and share insights with US and global stakeholders to optimize ongoing commercial performance Lead and develop a team of Product Analysts across multiple programs within the brand Own overall planning for all models within the brand, providing inputs into OXO, Fold, and PPVMT processes Act as the primary US interface for global planning interactions and interdependencies for the RR product lineup What you will need: Strong experience in product planning and go‑to‑market processes Proven ability to work with pricing, forecasting, and volume planning Highly organized with strong execution discipline and attention to detail Commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer, brand, and financial priorities Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills Comfort working in complex, global, cross‑functional environments Leadership experience, with the ability to guide, develop, and inspire teams Schedule: Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday – office days; Wednesday and Friday – choice days) Benefits: People‑first company with opportunities for growth and teamwork Inclusive and open‑minded culture Global Bonus Program based on company performance Generous time off policy Discounted Luxury Vehicle Car Program Generous health care and retirement plans Maternity/Paternity Leave Complimentary lunch And more!
