If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Enterprise Resource Planning Advisor to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US).Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement solid, scalable and flexible solutions to support clients migrating from Baan 5C to LN10.7(Multisite), Independent GAPs and other project.Understand the use cases/user story, code, develop and test on a designed platform using NTT DATA NCoRe 2.0 processesConfigure and use NTT DATA Infor Data Conversion Tools for various conversion activities (Cleansing, Field Mapping, Execution, Error Handling)Interact with functional people/process experts to understand new requirement, issues in depth and architect solutions and do development or delegate the development to offshore and if needed provide immediate solutions.Perform liaison activities between client and offshore team on regulate basis to ensure there is no gap.Work with offshore lead to ensure delivery commitments, forecast capacity, identify and mitigate risks.Perform code reviews and mentor junior resources to ensure commitments are meet.Qualifications:8+ years of experience in Infor-LN/Baan ERP Development and enhancements.Experience on collaborating directly with client on requirement gathering, architecting solutions, collaborating, and liaising activities with offshore teamExperience in NTT DATA NCoRe 2.0 framework, Configuring and usage of NTT DATA Infor Data Conversion ToolsBachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related fieldPreferred Skills:Basic understanding/exposure to at least one of the following Infor products: Factory Track, Bartender, XI-ION, Infor XM, Info SCS PlannerAny technical certification in Infor ERPAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
