You offer wholistic care including prevention, chronic disease management and health education to your patients. You work autonomously with a company that puts PATIENTS first, and values ingenuity, courage, community and FUN!As a Float Nurse Practitioner we require that you remain a flexible schedule as we expect you to be available to cover shifts for absent teammate members as well as position vacancies, at a moment’s notice. This Float role requires travel as it involves working at various locations when needed; teammates may work within the same state, or in multiple states and therefore being able to adapt to various work settings is a fundamental component of this role.
