Hello Occupational Therapists! AnthroMed Education is a team of former educators and clinicians dedicated to connecting exceptional professionals with meaningful opportunities in schools. We are hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) in Elk River, MN, for the 20262027 school year, with full-time leave opportunities beginning in November and an additional part-time opportunity beginning in January. What Your Role Will Look Like

Available Positions:

• 2 Full-Time Occupational Therapist (1.0 FTE), leave coverage from November 2026March 2027
• 1 Part-Time Occupational Therapist (0.5 FTE), January 2027 through the end of the 20262027 school year
• Flexible coverage options are available for clinicians interested in covering some or all of the available needs.

Caseload & Responsibilities:

• Grade Levels: Preschool12th grade, with assignments varying by building and student needs
• Caseload: Student assignments vary by building, programming, and level of support needed
• Service Model: Primarily indirect and consultative services, with direct services provided as student needs require
• Student Population: Includes early childhood, center-based special education programs, students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and students with sensory and functional support needs
• Responsibilities: Support students' fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills as they relate to educational participation, while collaborating with educators and special education teams

Team & Workplace Support:

• Collaborative OT team with opportunities for regular consultation and shared problem-solving
• Centralized workspace for documentation, preparation, and collaboration
• Additional workspace available within assigned buildings
• Professional development opportunities available, with flexible participation

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist (OT) license issued by the Minnesota Board of Occupational Therapy Practice
• Strong collaboration skills and interest in school-based practice
