Job Description Responsible for providing friendly, courteous and efficient service to customers in a video poker gameroom. Ensure prompt response to all customer needs. Ensure all customers receive extraordinary service by providing drinks, change and promoting promotions. Operate assigned bank or window according to procedure. Count down bank or window at end of each shift and reconcile to the cage accountability. Responsible for the operation of assigned bank or window according to regulations. Ensure that contents of the banks are organized so they can be readily counted at shift change. Job Requirements Must be 21 or older. Must be able to obtain a State Video Poker permit, Louisiana vendors servers permit, ABO License, and clear state background check (no felonies or misdemeanors for theft or gaming violations). Must be able to stand 100% of the shift. General cashiering background or prior money handling experience preferred. Must have good math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide). Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
