Our organization is seeking applications from qualified physicians or physician scientists specializing in medical oncology, particularly those with a keen interest in clinical care, translational research, and clinical trials focused on breast cancer. This opportunity is available within the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Hematology/Oncology at our School of Medicine.

The selected candidate will engage in multidisciplinary patient care and contribute to the design and execution of cancer clinical trials as part of our Multidisciplinary Working Group dedicated to Breast Malignancies. This is a chance to advance your academic career in Albuquerque, home to the only NCI Comprehensive Cancer Center within a 500-mile radius, situated in a state-of-the-art facility.

We are excited to announce the expansion of services in New Mexico, which includes the introduction of the state’s only MR Linear Accelerator for real-time imaging during treatment, enhancing precision medicine. Additionally, a new cGMP laboratory will support our bone marrow transplant and cell-based therapy initiatives, along with increased treatment space for theranostics.
