The Integrated Solutions Program Manager (Specialist, Third-Party or Carrier & GA Programs) is responsible for managing a portfolio of insurance agents and/or programs. Why join us? Uses creativity and good judgment to provide the client with the best possible solutions to their needs while minimizing the risk to FIRST. Monitor service requests, quotes, and business from assigned agents, for FIRST’s “Fourteen Warning Signs” and concerning trends. Coordinate with program compliance team to improve processes and address servicing needs. Develop and maintains client relationships through superior service. Accept inbound emails and phone calls from agents and insureds; accept payments, answer questions and resolve concerns on Third Party & other Specialty program quotes/accounts as needed. May perform miscellaneous projects for the Integrated Solutions management team.
