Electrical Assembly Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable Assemblers to support mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly operations in a technical manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assembling subassemblies and equipment using drawings, work instructions, and testing procedures while ensuring quality and functionality standards are met. Assemblers play a key role in production by performing inspections, testing completed units, and repairing components as needed.

Shift Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6: 00 AM – 2: 30 PM, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate:

• $17.84 – $24.88 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly of subassemblies and equipment

• Read and interpret drawings, assembly instructions, specifications, work orders, and testing procedures

• Assemble components and equipment according to detailed work instructions

• Conduct required quality inspections and functional testing of subassemblies, sensors, and equipment

• Repair and troubleshoot subassemblies and completed equipment as necessary

• Ensure products meet quality and operational standards before completion

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 35 pounds

• Ability to sit for extended periods while performing detailed assembly work

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and stooping throughout the shift

• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma, certificate, or degree in a related field preferred

• Equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience considered

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a technical or manufacturing environment preferred

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
