Your Opportunity: Service Manager We are expanding and looking for a proactive, experienced Service Manager to oversee all maintenance operations and lead our on-site service team. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives on team collaboration, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional results—you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead Maintenance Operations: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day maintenance tasks, assigning work orders and ensuring timely, high-quality completion. Team Supervision: Manage and mentor the on-site maintenance team, fostering a positive, professional, and efficient working environment. Preventative & Reactive Maintenance: Ensure all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and painting) are well-maintained and fully operational. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Inventory & Records: Maintain accurate records of service requests, preventative maintenance, parts orders, and vendor coordination. Staff Scheduling & Hiring: Manage shift schedules, recruit new maintenance personnel as needed, and support training and onboarding efforts. Resident Satisfaction: Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents regarding service timelines and updates.
