Description

• Conduct evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings while crafting tailored treatment plans that meet individual patient needs.
• Implement physical therapy interventions to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality of your patients.
• Work closely with an integrated team of nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehabilitation professionals to maximize patient outcomes.
• Educate both patients and families about therapeutic goals, discharge protocols, and home exercise regimens.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and patient progress in compliance with facility and regulatory policies.
• Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure inclusive and coordinated patient care.

Education

• Earned Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• State licensure required for Physical Therapist .
• CPR certification is a plus.
• Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) will enhance your application.

• Prior experience is strongly preferred.
