At WTCSB our mission is to provide a coordinated system of quality recovery-oriented care in Mental Health, Intellectual Disability, and Substance Abuse Services to the citizens of the cities of Franklin and Suffolk and the counties of Isle of Wight and Southampton. We are seeking Qualified Mental Health Professionals (Qualified Mental Health Professionals Adult & Child) for various departments throughout our agency.

Crisis Therapeutic Home-Hampton

Responsibilities and Duties for Qualified Mental Health Professionals:

Provide consumer assessments, to include determination of initial services for priority populations
Schedule services
Linkage/referrals to other service providers
Provide counseling, plan, develop, coordinate, consult, and implement services that provide treatment, education, rehabilitation, and support to

Qualifications and Skills Qualified Mental Health Professional:

Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field
One year experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, substance abuse or who are dually
QMHP-C or QMHP-A Required
Valid Driver's License with acceptable DMV
