CT Technologist

Job Summary

The CT Technologist will perform both CT and X-ray responsibilities, ensuring high-quality imaging for patient diagnosis and treatment. The role requires a commitment to patient care in a pediatric environment and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Conduct X-ray examinations as required, maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the EMR system.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CT technology required.
• Pediatric experience is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT and X-ray.
• Must be CT registered.
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC, is required.

Requirements

• This position requires a nicotine-free certification; testing will be mandatory.
• The flu vaccine is required with no exceptions.

Contract Details

This position is for an 8-week contract with variable night shifts available.
