Senior IT Project Coordinator Our client is seeking a Senior IT Project Coordinator to support a high-volume portfolio of IT-related initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the middle of fast-moving projects, working closely with leadership, and driving organization across multiple workstreams. You’ll partner directly with a Senior Project Manager to help keep projects on track, ensuring timelines, documentation, and communication are all aligned for successful delivery. This role offers strong growth potential with the opportunity to grow into a Project Manager position. Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (6-month contract) Location: Las Vegas, NV 89135 (Onsite Monday–Friday) Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $35–$40/hr W2 No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role What You’ll Do: Support a Senior Project Manager with day-to-day coordination across IT-focused initiatives, including hardware and software upgrade projects Track project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and key milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule Assist with vendor coordination, including tracking orders, invoices, and resolving project-related issues Maintain detailed project documentation, status updates, and meeting notes across multiple workstreams Participate in project meetings, capturing action items, risks, and dependencies while supporting overall communication efforts What Gets You the Job: 3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar project support role within IT environments Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project for tracking and reporting Experience supporting project budgets, vendor coordination, and documentation-heavy environments Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership Experience with Smartsheet or Bluebeam is a plus Contact: View email address on click.appcast.io Irvine Technology Corporation provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
