Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route Majority work a 4‑day workweek Majority work no nights or weekends Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses and incentives Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Skills & Qualifications Have an active driver’s license Be at least 21 years of age Obtain a DOT medical certification Provide documentation regarding previous employment Meet the physical requirements of the position Have a high school diploma, GED or military service Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation Be self‑motivated and able to work in a teamwork environment to meet goals Have a positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors such as skill set, experience, training, performance and other business and organization needs.
