Hematology/Oncology Opening in Massachusetts
Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist for an outpatient with inpatient responsibilities position. Hospital employed with a busy infusion service. Group size includes five MDs and two NPs. Schedule is four days per week with a census of 15-18 per day, including two inpatient consults during call. Call responsibilities are shared, and the EMR is Epic. The facility has on-site radiation oncology with a state-of-the-art linear accelerator/SRS. It is a longstanding independent member of ECOG/ACRIN, with excellent pathology and surgical subspecialty support. The clinical affiliation is with a major Harvard academic tertiary center and a member of the BILH Hem/Onc Network. The cancer center is CoC accredited.

Pay Range: $375,000 - $400,000. The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality. HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
