Sr. Account Manager | Delivery Head | Manager US Recruitment at NextGenPros Inc Job Title: Insurance SME – Life Reinsurance & Actuarial Transformation Location: Cranbury, NJ [Hybrid] Experience Level: 15+ years Industry: Insurance – Life, Health, LTC Department: Digital Transformation – Insurance Practice About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Insurance Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep domain expertise in Life Insurance and Reinsurance , specifically in actuarial processes, data flows, and systems. This SME will play a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of a large-scale actuarial technology modernization initiative . The SME will work closely with cross-functional IT teams, data engineers, solution architects, and client stakeholders to ensure business alignment, validate transformation requirements, and guide the development and orchestration of modern actuarial data systems and processes. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, data engineers, solution architects, and client stakeholders to align business requirements with transformation initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Must-Have: 15+ years of experience in Life Insurance / Reinsurance, with at least 3-5 years in a technology advisory or SME role Strong knowledge of actuarial functions, treaty administration, policy servicing, valuation, and risk analytics Familiarity with actuarial systems and data flows (e.g., Prophet, AXIS, MG-ALFA, or equivalents) Experience working with Enterprise Data Platforms (EDPs) and modern data engineering tools (preferred: dbt, SQL, APIs) Understanding of insurance regulatory environments, financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS 17), and data governance practices Strong stakeholder management and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr NextGenPros Inc
