Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Store Manager to lead our restaurant team to success! Duties

Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff management

Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees to build a high-performing team

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and product knowledge

Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee orientation processes to ensure smooth operations

Oversee purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities

Maintain accurate bookkeeping and cash handling procedures while ensuring compliance with company policies

Monitor inventory levels through regular stock checks and inventory management systems to prevent shortages or overstocking

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food service industry management experience preferred

Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management and multitasking

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases

Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for daily transactions and reporting

Demonstrated leadership qualities with effective managerial communication skills

Experience with employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, training & development, and operational management

Knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, pricing strategies, and store operations management

Ability to supervise staff in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service

Strong organizational skills combined with attention to detail in bookkeeping and payroll processing
