A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP Imagine walking through the grocery store and checking the boxes to see if you entered the order for that box. Or at your child's next birthday, their gift came in a box you helped create. As a Customer Service Rep that's what you do-transform orders into on‑shelf realities. In this Customer Service role, you are the everyday voice of the company to our customers. You will have a set group of customers and will be responsible for entering orders and generating quotes for our customers. You will respond to customer emails and requests in a helpful, timely manner always keeping in mind that our customer is our top priority. Using your keen eye for detail, you will ensure all information that is needed for production is complete. You will be the contact for any issues or concerns from your customers as well as issues from production.
