We also communicate via chat and email. Youll share your knowledge of our policy coverages with the customer and research any questions they have. Youll record all information in our administration system, Life Comm./ppThe details: Youll work Monday Friday 8-4:45 PM. Our office is the ALICO building./ppWho you are: a customer service professional with at least two years of experience, who enjoys solving problems. You have a high school diploma or GED.
