Work Environment\nThe position offers a unique blend of remote flexibility and access to an outpatient office setting. Here, therapists can engage in teletherapy sessions with clients while also having the option to meet clients in person at our outpatient facility. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health, emotional, and relational issues. \n
- Perform comprehensive assessments for new clients, considering various factors that influence wellbeing and mental health. \n
- Develop tailored treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, aligning therapeutic approaches with client goals and needs. \n
- Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and emotionally focused therapy (EFT), to facilitate client healing and growth. \n
- Document client progress meticulously, ensuring a clear record of therapy outcomes and revisions in treatment plans. \n
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients. \n
- Participate in regular supervision and clinical meetings to share insights, offer peer support, and enhance clinical skills. \n
This role focuses primarily on adult clients, couples, and families facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will be working with diverse individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds, making cultural competence and sensitivity essential for fostering a therapeutic alliance and effective treatment.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n
- Current and active LMFT license issued by the state of California. \n
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating a safe, trusting therapeutic environment. \n
- Proficiency in performing clinical evaluations and constructing individualized treatment plans. \n

- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed marriage and family therapist, ideally in a similar outpatient setting. \n
- Previous experience in teletherapy and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms. \n
- Clinical expertise in areas such as trauma-informed care, family dynamics, and couples therapy is a plus. \n
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
