YOUR ROLE IN ACTION Oversight of Construction Projects: Manage multiple OSP construction projects, ensuring efficient workflows, adherence to SLA deadlines, and delivery of high-quality services. Field Leadership: Provide on‑site leadership to field supervisors, crews, and subcontractors, ensuring all teams understand project objectives, safety protocols, and timelines. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve field challenges. Project Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring resources, materials, and personnel are aligned with project milestones. Identify and implement cost‑saving measures while maintaining quality. Problem‑Solving and Decision‑Making: Address operational and project‑specific challenges quickly and effectively. Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams. OSP Construction Expertise: Strong background in broadband Outside Plant (OSP) construction, including fiber optics, aerial, and underground work. Comprehensive understanding of workflows, customer metrics, and operational demands. Experience and Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in broadband Outside Plant (OSP) construction, with demonstrated success managing multiple projects. Strong knowledge of fiber optics, aerial, and underground construction methods and workflows. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor field teams, including supervisors and subcontractors, in a high‑activity, project‑focused environment.
