Job Summary The Community Manager directs the operations of the apartment community in a manner that will meet the goals of Anza Management Company. They will optimize return on investment for owners, provide a quality living environment for residents, and promote positive working relationships with company employees. Requirements Minimum 2 years experience as a community manager of at least 100 units Minimum 2 years experience in Tax Credit Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred Days/Hours will vary based on property location but weekend availability may be needed Valid Arizona Driver’s License Must be eligible to work in the United States Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening What we offer Low-cost medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 10 Vacation Days, 5 Sick Days, 8 Paid Holidays, and Floating day off Training Available Room for career growth Generous Referral Program Bonus/Commissions Responsibilities Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service. Good computer skills (property management software - Yardi (Preferred), Excel, Word). Experience with all financial-related issues -- expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc. Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.
