Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices in mental health. \n
- Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions for a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflicts. \n
- Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations, ensuring continuity of care within the team. \n
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in regular meetings to discuss cases and collaborate on client care strategies. \n
- Engage in professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to enhance service delivery quality and stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment. \n
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, equipping them with tools and resources to facilitate understanding and manage their mental health challenges effectively. \n
- Obtain feedback on your therapeutic approaches, engaging in peer review sessions to improve therapeutic strategies and outcomes. \n
You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals of various ages, cultural backgrounds, and mental health issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Kansas. \n
- At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on providing psychotherapy. \n

- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. \n

- Salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. \n
