Hiring Now – Find Your Future Here Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.40 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue07:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed07:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout hotel and resort facilities, guest areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents according to site procedures. Prepare accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
