Shipping And Receiving

As a Shipping and Receiving specialist, you'll be a key part of Facilities operations. You'll manage the flow of materials, tools, and supplies that keep our campus pods stocked and our teams productive. You'll be responsible for warehousing operations, material distribution, purchasing coordination, and inventory replenishment. Your day-to-day may include: Receiving inbound shipments and processing outbound packages Fulfilling internal orders from central stock and coordinating with vendors on purchasing Conducting campus inventory coordination and stock fulfillment Making delivery runs to campus pods to restock materials and supplies Maintaining accuracy in our inventory management system Partnering with Facilities trades and pod teams to anticipate material needs Coordinating with contractors for material allocation and pickup We offer comprehensive benefits to keep you healthy and happy as you grow in your life and career, and your merit-based compensation will reflect the impact your work has on the company and our customers.
