Schedule:

• Travel assignment; must be able to take call

Essential Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license in California
• Current BLS (AHA) certification at hire; maintain throughout assignment
• Current ACLS and PALS (AHA) within 30 days of hire, and ongoing
• Minimum 1 year of recent perioperative nursing experience or completed on-the-job training
• EPIC EMR proficiency
• Pre/Post Op expertise
• CNOR certification and BSN strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect perioperative nursing care for patients of all ages
• Collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia teams to coordinate comprehensive care
• Guide and delegate responsibilities to OR Technicians and support staff
• Ensure adherence to hospital standards, policies, and excellence in patient care
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional education
• Provide reliable on-call coverage as required
