Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in therapeutic practices, providing individual and couples therapy to clients of various age groups, focusing on their unique psychological and emotional needs.

• Utilize our billing service that manages claims processing and client insurance accounts, allowing you to concentrate more on client interaction and care.
\n
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation of all client sessions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and fostering continuity of care.

• Efficiently schedule appointments, ensuring effective calendar management that accommodates client needs and therapy goals.
\n
• Use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address diverse clinical presentations, enhancing client treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our detox center supports a broad demographic, offering therapy to individuals facing addiction, mental health issues, and relationship challenges. This role requires a commitment to understand and respond to the complexities of each client's circumstances, demonstrating empathy and therapeutic skill tailored to their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• A degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Must possess an active state license to practice independently as an LCSW.

• Exemplary professionalism, cultural competency, self-sufficiency, and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

• Ability to work at least 20-25 hours weekly, including two evenings per week to accommodate client scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, in addition to eligibility for a sign-on bonus. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy:
