VIE - Distribution Planner (M/F/X)

Location: Chicago Start date: As soon as possible (flexible) VIE – Distribution Planner (M/F/X) You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions : Distribution Planning and Optimization Validating orders from our customers in SAP: Sephora US, Sephora Canada, Kohls Ensuring proper transmission to our 3PL provider Checking milestones: start of preparation, end of preparation, routing, customer pickup date Analyzing discrepancies between quantities delivered to the 3PL provider and quantities Monitoring weekly volumes versus forecast Ensuring that customer priorities are followed and executed by the 3PL provider Customer Service Management Ensure communication with the customer: fill rate, on-time and in-full preparation, restocking dates, and upcoming tensions Lead weekly meetings with customers Analysis and Reporting Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to distribution and customer service performance Build and prepare regular reports and communicate them to the team based in France to ensure Do not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are … Qualifications A five-year higher education degree from a business or engineering school Initial experience required (1-2 years after work-study program/internship) in Supply Chain and with experience in Distribution Good knowledge of an ERP system such as SAP and Power BI Proficiency in Excel Benefits Community, in which authenticity is embraced, and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spirit Culture of empowerment, learning & growth, that offers you the tools, space and opportunity to learn, innovate and lead Work that brings fulfillment.
